INITIAL EVALUATION & EXAM Includes a comprehensive assessment: • Movement & ROM testing • Active orthopedic testing • Hands-on treatment or corrective therapy We’ll explain your current movement patterns and map out your personalized plan of care.

PLAN OF CARE (POC) – Treatment Packages • Packages must be paid in full after your evaluation to receive the discounted rate. • If you exit early, used visits will be charged at the standard session rate. • Refunds are not issued for sessions already completed unless treatment was negligent.

BILLING & INSURANCE Your card will not be charged until after your visit. We accept FSA/HSA cards. We are out-of-network with insurance but can provide detailed superbills/receipts for self-submission.

CANCELLATION POLICY- Appointments are reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full visit rate using the card on file.

Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours before (email) and 2 hours before (text). It’s your responsibility to arrive on time.

The human body goes through various movements in the day that are apart from fitness and physical activity. You walk, run, jog, bend down, squat, lift, reach, twist, and jump. All these movements are also present in exercises. However, just because you may be doing similar exercises to your everyday movements, doesn’t mean you’ll be benefiting from them in your daily life. This is because specific and targeted exercises often just work the muscles and not the movement. This is where functional strength training comes in – it focuses on the movement, not just the strengthening of the muscles being utilized.

Dr. Brink has pursued extensive extra-curricular coursework in many areas ( soft tissue therapy, Movement exercises, Adjustive techniques, etc..)

Upon graduating, Dr. Brink’s thirst for knowledge didn’t slow down. Dr. Brink’s passion for sports and their related injuries, as well as his personal experience with an ACL, MCL, and meniscus injury, inspired his pursuit of post-doctorate level courses. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist (CES/PES) with NASM, and certified in numerous Soft tissue modalities (ART, Graston HMT, FR, Hawk Grips, FAKTR and more), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) , Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Functional Range Assessment (FRA), ELDOA levels 1-4, and more.

And while Dr. Brink continues to expand his knowledge, he also enjoys teaching others. Dr. Brink had been involved with Rocktape™ since its inception in 2009, as a lead instructor teaching the theory and application of Rocktape™ to numerous Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Massage Therapists nationwide and is a co-author of “Power Taping: Taping Movements, Not Muscles,” and as a Certified Instructor,
